We do not tolerate violations of laws, rules, and regulations, such as violations of labor law provisions, money laundering, data protection violations, fraud, corruption, or competition violations. In our Code of Conduct, we have defined principles and rules for responsible business conduct that are binding on the entire company as well as suppliers and subcontractors.

We have set up a whistleblower system to appropriately investigate specific indications of misconduct. It helps to uncover and investigate violations of laws and regulations and to take countermeasures.

An ombudsperson who is not affiliated with Piepenbrock is available as a contact person if you wish to contact us confidentially or anonymously about possible violations.

If you wish to report actual or suspected violations of the law in relation to our company, violations of the Code of Conduct, or violations of company policies, you can contact our ombudsperson.

The ombudsperson will discuss the matter with you and help you answer general questions about violations and misconduct. However, the ombudsperson is not available for general complaints or individual legal advice.

Contact with the ombudsperson is confidential. Your identity will only be disclosed to us if you expressly agree to this.

You can submit a report anonymously. However, we encourage you to provide your contact details in case the ombudsperson has any questions.
